You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item. It needs to be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached, as signs of wear or damage will disqualify the return. You pay for return shipping, unless the item was defective, damaged or the wrong item, in which case we arrange and pay for it. Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, we refund the original payment method within up to 10 business days and email you to confirm.

We usually need 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order before it leaves our fulfilment centre, and transit typically takes another 5 to 8 business days. That works out at roughly 6 to 11 business days from the date you order. These are estimates, so the exact timing can vary a little.
