This page explains how we take payment when you order a dress, a knit, a blouse or a coat from us, and how your payment details are protected.
How Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken when you place your order. You enter your details at checkout, and the transaction is passed to a certified payment provider that processes it on our behalf. Once the payment is approved, your order moves into our fulfilment process.
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. You can try again with the same method or choose a different one from the list below.
Security
Every transaction is encrypted over SSL. That means the information you type at checkout is scrambled before it leaves your browser, so it cannot be read in transit. The payment itself is handled by a certified payment provider.

We Do Not Store Your Card Details
No card details are ever stored on our own servers. Your card number stays with the payment provider, which is set up and certified to handle it. We do not see it, and we cannot retrieve it, so you will need to enter your payment details again on your next order unless your device or wallet saves them for you.
Questions About a Payment
If you have a question about a charge, a declined payment or a refund, contact us with your order number and we will look into it. Refunds for approved returns go back to the original payment method.
