Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order delivered within our home market. There is no minimum order value, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Fulfilment Time
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to prepare before they leave our fulfilment centre. This is the time we need to pick, check and pack your dress, knitwear, blouse or coat before it is handed to the carrier.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, transit takes 5 to 8 business days. In total, allow roughly 6 to 11 business days from the date you order.
All of these times are working estimates, not guarantees. We cannot promise a delivery date. Carrier backlogs, public holidays and weather can delay a parcel. If you are ordering for a wedding or another fixed date, please allow more time than the estimate.
Tracking Your Order
We email a tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page to see the current status of your parcel at any time.
Where We Cannot Deliver
We are not able to ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO and DPO military addresses
- Any address the carrier does not serve
Please give us a street address the carrier can reach when you place your order.
Failed, Damaged or Missing Parcels
If a delivery fails or a parcel is sent back to us, we reship it to you.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we raise a claim with the carrier and keep you updated while it is investigated. Please contact us with your order number so we can start the process.
If the item itself arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, see our Returns Policy. We cover the return shipping in those cases.
