Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item. Requests made after that period has passed cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us before you send anything back. Include your order number and a short description of what you are returning and why. Every return needs our approval first, and we will reply with instructions on where to send the item.

Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.

Condition of Returned Items

To be accepted, an item must come back to us:

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • With the original packaging

Signs of wear or damage disqualify a return. Please try dresses, knitwear and blouses on with care, and keep the tags in place until you are sure you are keeping the piece.

Who Pays Return Shipping

You pay the cost of return shipping when you are sending something back because it is not right for you — the fit, the colour or the fabric. There is no charge from us beyond that.

If the item was defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we arrange and pay for the return shipping.

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items

Report a defective, damaged or wrong item within 30 days of delivery. Send us your order number, a short description and a photo showing the problem. Once we have confirmed it, we send a replacement free of charge and cover all return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them once the returned item has reached us and passed a quality check. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed, and we will email you a confirmation when it is done.
